Ferran Adria to open Japanese restaurant

After news of a Mexican restaurant he and business partner brother Albert plan a Nikkei restaurant in Barcelona

Ferran Adrià and his brother Albert appear to be planning a Japanese restaurant in Barcelona according to a tweet from Ferran's translator Lucy Garcia. Adrià has consistently said that he intends to continue his gastronomy career alongside his elBulli Foundation, due to open in 2014. In a recent interview with finedininglovers.com he claimed Asian cuisine would lead the world in the next decade.
