Last night was emotional. Congratulations to all our Phaidon chefs who put in a fantastic performance on the night. Special congratulations must go to René Redzepi however. Here he is accepting his 50 Best Award for best restaurant in the world (thanks to finedininglovers.com for the link) and referencing A Work In Progress, our fine new book with him in the process!
